RUN (FULLY RTI COMPLIANT)

All businesses in the UK running payroll need to fully compliant with Real Time Information (RTI) compliance. Whether you need to run monthly payroll or weekly, DD Accountancy Limited provides full support in staying on top of your payroll requirements. We will setup and run payroll for you on agreed timelines and can provide email payslips directly to your staff. We will apply all necessary deductions, e.g. National Insurance, PAYE, Bonuses, Pensions etc and ensure calculations are done accurately and on time every time.

We can also run your payroll using our in house system outside the accounting system and then either provide you with the relevant information to journal in or we will do this for you. We will also complete any HMRC reporting, provide P60s or P45s, tax related advice directly to your staff so you can focus on growing your business rather than payroll admin.

PENSIONS SERVICE

We provide comprehensive Auto Enrolment and Pensions service, from setting up your Pension with Nest or another pension provider of your choice full to Auto-Enrolment submission and compliance. We can also provide support and guidance with:

REPORTING

Running payroll is one thing, but it is important to understand your costs, whether that is by department, branch or Cost Centre. We can provide these as part of your payroll package or why not combine this with our Management Accounts service.

The reports generated can help you as the business owners see not only the total payroll costs, but also areas where potential efficiencies can be generated, market bench against industry averages salaries etc.
